Select-A-Gift Terms & Conditions

Order Processing

• Orders can usually ship out same day if they are received by noon central time.
• Rush orders are available on request and are completed free of charge.
• During the holiday season (September - December) please allow extra days for the processing of each order.
• There are no minimum orders.

Payment Plans

• Orders for gift booklets, online certificates and Award Cards may be prepaid or Billed Upon Redemption (BUR).
• Billed Upon Redemption programs incur an additional $2 upfront processing charge per recipient.
• Prepaid programs have a one time, single invoice. BUR programs invoice as often as items are ordered and shipped.

Gift Booklet Mailing

• Recognition packages may be mailed directly to each recipient or to a central location to be personally awarded.  Shipping of the gift is included in the cost of the gift category.
• Select-A-Gift will mail each recipient his or her own booklet and certificate for $3.  All address information must be forwarded using a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.  In addition, please provide us with the return address for the envelopes.

Shipments Outside the Contiguous U.S.

• International shipments are available for participants in any program and will incur additional charges.

Status Reports

• Reports are available at anytime free of charge and can be faxed, mailed or emailed to Program Administrators.
• Status reports detail the certificate numbers, outstanding certificates and redeemed certificates plus any accompanying order information.

Unused Gift Booklets

• All unused booklets may be credited at the time of reconciliation, which must be requested by email or fax. 
• All credits are subject to a processing charge.

Lost Redemption Cards

• If the redemption card number is known, Select-A-Gift will issue a replacement subject to a processing charge.
• If the redemption card number is not known, Select-A-Gift will issue a new card and invoice as a new order.
• Lost redemption cards will be credited at the time of reconciliation.

Late Redemptions

• On occasion we will continue to receive redemption cards after reconciliation credits have been issued.  If this occurs, we will request authorization to fulfill the selected gift.  Upon approval, the gift will be shipped and drawn against your account credit.

Award Cards

• All Award Cards are customized in full color on the front side and black text on the back side. 
• All customization of the card is complimentary; simply provide us with the artwork.

Point Certificates

• Point Certificates are billed upon redemption.  Items will be invoiced once they are shipped.  The certificates cost 25 cents each.

• Contact us for any pricing information and demonstrations.  All websites can be customized with unlimited content.
